SEO Terms and Conditions

Services provided by Elevate Management Consulting will be provided in accordance with the following terms and conditions.

This agreement is hereby entered into between Elevate Management Consulting (hereinafter referred to as the Company) and the client whose company name appears on the form "SEO Sign Up" (hereinafter referred to as the Client).

The Company agrees to provide the Client with Search Engine Optimization services (hereinafter referred to as SEO).The Client agrees to pay the Company fees as stated on the form "SEO Packages" relating to the package and options selected by the Client. The activities of the SEO services provided by the Company to the Client are based on the package and options selected by the Client on the form "SEO Packages".

For the purposes of providing the SEO services, the Client agrees to authorise the Company to make use of the Client's logos, trademarks, slogans, images, videos, audio clip and written resources. The Client confirms that all elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork provided to the Company for inclusion on the website above are owned by the Client, or that the Client has received permission from the rightful owner(s) to use each of the elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend the Company and its subcontractors from any liability or suit arising from the use of such elements.

The Client acknowledges the following with respect to the SEO services provided by the Company:

The Company has no control over the policies of search engines with respect to the type of sites and/or content that they accept now or in the future.
The Client's site may be excluded from any directory at any time at the sole discretion of the search engine or directory. The Company will resubmit those pages that have been dropped from the index.
Occasionally, search engines will drop listings for no apparent or predictable reason. Often listings will reappear without any additional submissions.
The Company will not be held responsible for any impact on the Client's business that might occur as a result of exclusion from any directory or dropping off in listings on any search engine.
Due to the competitiveness of some keywords/phrases, ongoing changes in search engine ranking algorithms and other competitive factors, the Company does not guarantee ranking positions for any particular keyword, phrase or search term.
Search engines vary in their timing taken to list submissions. Some search engines and directories may take as long as 2 to 4 months and in some cases even longer.
Keywords or phrases suggested by the Client on the "SEO Sign Up", need to be related to the website textual content.
The Company is not responsible for changes made to the web site or the overwriting of its SEO work, by other parties. These changes might adversely affect the search engine rankings of the Client's web site.

Payment, billing and cancellation terms are as follows:

Initial SEO work is payable on sign-up (unless Client selects the 12 month split payment option)
Client's selecting to split their initial SEO work payment over 12 months, will be levied a 15% premium
All monthly payments (both maintenance SEO and initial SEO if applicable) are to be paid by auto debits
Additional work will be invoiced on completion and require payment 7 days from invoice.
Invoices will be emailed on a monthly basis
Amounts shown on the form "SEO Packages" are exGST. GST will be applied to Australian Companies.
Cancellation of monthly SEO work can be done at any time in the month prior to your final month.
Written cancellation is required and must be sent to Po Box 603, Cammeray, NSW 2062
The outstanding monthly instalments for the initial SEO work become immediately due on cancellation.
This agreement is to be governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales and the parties hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and Tribunals of New South Wales and of the courts hearing appeals from those courts and Tribunals.
